I absolutely adore Plumeria rubra! The flowers are stunning, and they have such a lovely scent. Check out this picture I found online since my own plant is just starting to wake up after winter. Here’s a link to see what they look like: 
For something a bit different, I love glass orchids! My favorite plant is actually an anthurium luxurians, though I think that would be tough to recreate in glass. Here’s a pic of how gorgeous they are:
