Broken Thermostat – Who Should I Call for Help?

Hey everyone! I'm a bit stuck here. My Honeywell thermostat just stopped working properly—the fan isn't kicking in even though the furnace seems fine. I called Honeywell and they suggested I find a technician in my area. I'm really clueless about this stuff. Should I be looking for an HVAC technician or an electrician? Any ideas on what I should do?

Before you call for help, have you checked if your thermostat has batteries? If it's battery-operated, sometimes changing the batteries can fix the issue. Just a thought!

I changed the battery already, but it didn't help. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

You'll definitely want to get an HVAC technician. From what you described, it sounds like it could be the fan issue itself. I’ve had a similar situation, and they were able to diagnose it quickly. Good luck!
