I'm on the hunt for deals or promotions on Stubby impact wrenches, specifically either the 1/2 or 3/8 models. I also need a couple of batteries but no more than two. With so many bundles available, I'm wondering what the best option is right now. Any insights or recommendations would be appreciated!

If you're not in a rush, it might be better to wait. The 1/2 Stubby was part of a promo recently but got pulled pretty quickly. It was available for around $120 while it lasted. Also, you can get the 5.0 batteries for $60 each or $120 for a pair, which is a decent deal.
Nothing too exciting is happening right now. If you really need one, I'd say it's worth the price currently, but if you can hold out, wait for the next Milwaukee quarterly sales. They might have a special feature on M12 tools.
Currently, there aren't any fantastic deals. I just picked up a 3/8 Stubby kit from Home Depot for about $279, which seemed to be the best price available at the moment.
I found a good deal a few months back on eBay – got my 1/2” Stubby for $159. It was from a seller who isn’t authorized, but the tool was brand new and I’ve had no issues with it since. Really loving it!
