I've been trying to get in touch with Eco Worthy, but they aren't answering their phones. It's making my installation process a lot tougher than it should be. Is the company still operating, or should I look elsewhere?

From my experience, they took about six days to respond to my email last year. Not the fastest, but they did get back to me eventually.
I noticed they seem to respond to questions on eBay, so maybe that's a good way to reach them if you're having trouble elsewhere.
I loved the solar panels I got from them, but when I tried to get support for inverters before buying, they went silent. I ended up looking for help elsewhere.
I've had some trouble reaching their customer service too, but I think they're still around. They resolved a shipping issue for me last year after I kept reaching out. Just keep trying! They're a fairly large company, so it seems unlikely they just shut down completely.
We've been trying for a few weeks to get help too, and it's been a bit frustrating. Not sure what else we can do.
