Which Garage Coating Should I Choose: Epoxy, Polyurea, or Moisture Cure Urethane?

I'm diving into the world of garage coatings because my wife wants to give the garage a fresh look. Initially, I thought about going with an epoxy coating, but after doing some research, I've found mixed reviews—some people seem really happy while others aren't. Then I came across Polyurea, and I've also heard good things about Moisture Cure Urethane, which I believe is similar to Polyurethane. I'm torn since it seems like each option has its pros and cons. Can anyone give me clearer advice on what to choose?

I previously used Rustoleum epoxy, and honestly, it didn't hold up for more than a year in my garage. But last fall, I switched to Polyurea, and it's fantastic! They applied it pretty thick, and even after mopping, there's no water seeping through at all. Totally worth it!

That's great to hear! By the way, is it slippery when wet?
