How Should I Harden Off Plants in an Insulated Greenhouse?

I'm curious about the hardening off process for plants that have been growing in an unheated but insulated greenhouse. Since they receive plenty of sunlight during the day, can I transition them directly into full sun exposure? Also, how long can I keep them outside? I'm thinking of about eight hours during the warmest part of the day, but I obviously won't leave them out overnight.

From my experience, hardening off plants is more about letting them adjust to wind than just light. I usually open the doors on both ends of my greenhouse to let a gentle breeze circulate for a couple of hours. After a few days of that, I place them in a slightly sheltered spot. Light isn’t an issue, but they definitely need to get used to the wind just like any other plant you’re hardening off.
