I've been diving into marjoram and its various types, but I'm still a bit puzzled. What are the best varieties to consider growing, especially in terms of flavor? I'm curious to hear personal favorites and their best uses too! I know about Wild Marjoram, along with Sweet, Greek, Variegated, Golden, and Pot Marjoram. Each has unique flavors, like Sweet Marjoram being slightly citrusy, Greek Marjoram having hints of pine, and Pot Marjoram being robust and peppery. I'm starting my first garden this year and would love to learn from your experiences!

I grow sweet marjoram and it’s absolutely delicious! Just brushing against the leaves releases an amazing aroma. It can turn into a small shrub, depending on your climate, and it’s super low-maintenance. Plus, the flowers attract a lot of pollinators, which is a bonus for any garden!

That sounds awesome! I love herbs that smell good too. What dishes do you enjoy using sweet marjoram in? I’m looking for some ideas!
