Hey everyone! I recently cleared out a play area since my son has outgrown it, and I'm looking to replant grass for a new lawn. About a week ago, I spread down 25 square meters of grass seed and have been watering it every night, but I haven't seen any growth yet. Any tips or insights on how to ensure successful seeding?

It usually takes a couple of weeks for the seeds to start sprouting. I've just seeded my lawn too, and I'm noticing that the ground is still warming up from winter. Spring is okay for planting, but autumn is often better. Just hang in there; patience is key!
The ground temperature might still be too low for the seeds to germinate. Usually, if it stays above 8°C, you should see some growth in about 12 days. Have you checked the current temps?
It just takes a bit of time, especially since the nights are still quite cold. I heard something on Gardener's World this week that might help you out!
Thank you!

Thanks! We've had 15-18 degrees here this past week.
