Best Non-Permanent Solutions for Toilet Splash Protection

Asked By RandomUser1234 On

I have a small basement bathroom where my vanity is situated really close to the toilet. I'm looking for some options that I can use next to the toilet to prevent any splashes from damaging the vanity. Ideally, I want something non-permanent so I can easily change it out if needed. Any suggestions?

A good tip is to just keep the toilet lid closed when not in use. It may be a bit inconvenient, but it definitely helps reduce splashes!

True, but sometimes it’s hard to remember to put the lid down in a hurry.

You might also want to look into cabinet protection films, similar to paint protection film for cars. They come in various finishes and should help keep your vanity safe from splashes while making cleanup easier.

Consider using peel-and-stick removable wallpaper! It's easy to apply and can be cut to fit the side of your vanity. Plus, you can wipe it down easily and replace it when it starts to look worn out.

That’s not a bad idea, actually! Thanks for the suggestion.
