Hey fellow gardeners! I've been running my gardening business for two years now, and it's really starting to grow. I'm thinking about upgrading my mower to something more reliable and durable. I have a budget of £700, preferably for a petrol model, but I'm open to suggestions. What mowers do you recommend that have proven to be worth the investment? Thanks in advance!

If your garden isn't too big, check out the rechargeable Einhell mowers. They perform surprisingly well and give you many of the benefits of petrol mowers without the hassle of refueling! Just keep in mind that for a gardening business, you'd need to invest in a good number of batteries which could push the cost up.
I've had great experiences with Honda mowers. They really are built to last, though they might be slightly over your budget of £700. Worth considering if you want something that won't give you trouble for years!
It's tough to find something solid under £700 unless you're okay with buying used. I've been in this game for 15 years, and I've always relied on Hayters. My current one is over five years old and still going strong. Just a heads up, they can be heavy and not the best for wet grass. Once I need to replace mine, I might switch to a Honda based on what I've heard.
Have a look at Mountfield or Hayter. My ex used to run a landscaping business, and he swore by them. They're not the lightest models around, but they're incredibly durable and parts are easy to find. My Hayter is nearly 17 years old and still doing well!
If you're looking for something a bit different, the Flymo Easilife Go has been fantastic—it's super efficient and user-friendly! Definitely a solid choice for a gardening pro!

Totally agree, but for business use, you'll need to shell out quite a bit on the batteries themselves, so consider that in your budget!
