I recently had some cleaning people come in, and they accidentally left some scratches on my cultured marble bathroom vanity by using an abrasive sponge. I've tried using bar keeper powder and vinegar to fix them, but that didn't help. The scratches feel pretty deep to the touch. I've shared some images of the damage for reference: https://i.imgur.com/U9tCunM.jpeg and https://i.imgur.com/jp3npAv.jpeg. Is there a DIY method I can try to fix this?

Sounds like your cleaning crew did a number on your marble! Those scratches look pretty deep, definitely not from just regular cleaning. To fix them, you might need to grind down the surface a bit and then polish it back up, which can be tricky. I recommend consulting a pro if you want a guaranteed fix, but if you're feeling adventurous, you can try sealing the area with a thick clear sealer to fill in the scratches. Just know that you'll probably want to smooth out a larger area to make it look even.

Can you give an estimate on the cost for professional repairs? I just bought this place, and I’m wondering if any warranty might cover it.
