What materials work best for an outdoor drop-in table saw?

Hey everyone! I'm looking to build an outdoor drop-in table for my tools like a table saw and miter saw, and I'm not sure what materials would hold up outdoors. I've seen some stunning builds in larger workshops, but I need something that will work well outside. I'm considering options like metal, plastic, stone, or anything else you think might work. Any ideas?

You might want to check with local stone countertop suppliers for offcuts or rejected projects. Scoring some soapstone would be ideal since it's pretty easy to cut with a circular saw.
