How Can I Soundproof My Walls Against Noisy Neighbors?

I've got some pretty noisy neighbors, and I can't really address it until after 11 PM. I'm looking for suggestions on how I can help deaden the sound coming through my walls. Any tips or products you'd recommend?

If you don't want to make big changes, just putting up some thick rugs can help. They can absorb sound and make the space feel cozier, too. Just a thought; you might find it makes more of a difference than you expect!

Absolutely! Rugs are often underrated when it comes to soundproofing!

One way to help with the noise is to consider adding some acoustic panels to your walls. They really help absorb sound and can be a stylish addition to your room. You could also look into adding heavy curtains or even a bookshelf filled with books to help block the sound more effectively. Might take a bit of work, but it could make a difference!

Great idea! Adding soft furnishings can really help dampen noise too.
