Should I Be Worried About This Crack After the Earthquake?

I just experienced a decent earthquake, and since I'm out of town, my parents went to check on my place. They sent me a photo of a crack they found: https://imgur.com/a/XUvxXUM. I'm not sure if that crack was already there or if it's something new. About a year ago, I had a foundation guy come out who recommended a full replacement but said I was fine for the next 20 years unless there was a major earthquake. Given the circumstances, do you think this crack is a sign of a serious problem?

If your foundation already had issues, it might be wise to get another evaluation. Better safe than sorry!

From what I can see, it looks like the crack might have been there for a while. The concrete erosion at the bottom suggests there could have been some water intrusion in the past. I'd recommend having it looked at when you can, but honestly, it shouldn't be an emergency. It's likely the same situation as before the quake. Thanks for your input! That last comment is a bit nerve-wracking though.

That earthquake was definitely felt by a lot of people! I’d probably keep an eye out for any new cracks at my place too. It’s good to be cautious after a shake like that.
