Struggling with Bluetooth on my M18 1/2″ Impact Wrench—Any Fixes?

Hey everyone! I've got a M18 1/2" impact wrench that's just not connecting to Bluetooth anymore. It seems to make an effort to communicate, but my phone doesn't recognize it. I've already swapped out the small battery, so I'm looking for any tips to troubleshoot this issue without having to replace the whole unit. Any advice?

Sounds like you've done most of the basic troubleshooting. Have you considered checking the wrench's manual for any reset options? Sometimes there might be a factory reset feature that can help clear any minor glitches.

I totally get your frustration. Just to clarify, what specific model of the wrench are you using? Also, do you have the latest version of the One-Key app? Sometimes compatibility issues can pop up if the app's not updated. If you haven't already, try resetting the wrench by turning it off and on again after a short wait. That can help!

Yeah, and don't forget to check if your phone's Bluetooth is working properly with other devices. It might just be a phone compatibility issue.

Bluetooth on an impact wrench can seem a bit odd at first, but it's pretty useful for adjusting torque settings. If you're having trouble, make sure your phone's Bluetooth isn't already connected to something else. Have you tried clearing the Bluetooth cache on your phone? That might help with recognition issues too!
