I've been working hard on my garden and finally put down some fresh topsoil, leveled it, and seeded with Gro-Sure Fast Start and Gro-Sure Smart Seed. I evenly spread the seeds using a seed spreader and rolled them in with a lawn roller. However, after almost two weeks, there doesn't seem to be any signs of growth. Some seeds are turning white, and I'm worried about overwatering since I tried to compensate for the dry ground after my work hours. I wonder if the night temperatures (around 4°C to 7°C) have also played a role. Should I wait longer to see if anything happens, or is it time to get new seeds and start over? I also didn't cover the seeds with soil, as I've usually had success by just sprinkling them on top and walking on them.

It sounds like you might just need to be patient! I've used Gro-Sure Fast Start for patches before, and it generally took at least a couple of weeks to show signs of life, depending on the heat. Even though it says 'fast', it can still require a good wait. Keep an eye on the moisture, though!

So the 'fast start' might be a bit misleading? Haha! I guess I should learn to chill a bit.
