I'm curious about the Milwaukee earbuds and whether they're effective in work environments with loud machinery. Do they have a good transparency mode? Can they block out loud sounds well? Also, how do they perform when listening to music? How do they stack up against cheaper earplugs or something like the AirPods Max?

I've tried the Milwaukee earbuds, and they do have their pros and cons. On the plus side, they have good sound quality and the noise cancellation works pretty well. My only complaint is that they can fall out when I'm sweating. I've struggled with their fit because they're a bit bulky. But overall, they delivered decent performance for work. Just be prepared for some discomfort if your ears get sweaty or waxy.
Honestly, if you're using an iPhone, AirPods Pro might be a better pick. And for Pixel users, check out the Pixel Buds Pro. If you're into really hearing the nuances in music, consider brands like Sony or Sennheiser instead of something from a power tool company.
I've been using the Milwaukee earbuds daily since they launched, and I'm a fan! They've held up well for me through my work as a welder where traditional ear protection doesn't cut it. They're robust against metal dust and sparks, definitely made for job sites. Just a heads up though, the microphone isn't the best for phone calls, so if that's important to you, maybe look elsewhere.

Yeah, I feel you! That's pretty much the case with all earbuds. I've got the Google Pixel ones, and I have to constantly adjust them too.
