I'm using a **DCKO266** powerhead and I'm on the hunt for a reliable universal pole chainsaw. I came across the DWOAS6PS but the reviews are pretty awful. Are there any other options from DeWalt or different brands that might work? I heard that most universal attachments usually fit across brands, except for Ego and Milwaukee models.

I had the Dewalt one (which is really just a TrimmerPlus with a Dewalt label), but I ended up liking the Ryobi and Sunseeker (now Wild Badger) much better. The one I'm using now can articulate the head for better angles without any tools, which is super handy. I recommend going for something like the Ryobi—it's metal and a lot sturdier than the Dewalt. Here's a link for the Wild Badger, which is really solid: https://www.homedepot.com/p/WILD-BADGER-POWER-10-in-Pole-Saw-with-30-in-Shaft-Universal-Attachment-Articulating-Pole-MFT26I-PS-AA/307357509

This is exactly the info I needed! Thanks a ton!
