Can I Use Different Solar Panels with My AIO Inverter’s MPPTs?

Hey everyone! I'm reaching out for some insights on my 10k inverter that features two MPPTs. I'm considering setting up 10 panels of 300W on one MPPT and 10 panels of 250W on the other. My main concern is whether there would be any losses due to differences in wattage, voltage, or amps between the two sets of panels. I understand that if everything were connected together there would be issues, but what about the two separate MPPTs?

You should be good to go with different panels on separate MPPTs, as long as you stay within the maximum voltage limits for the input. Just make sure to keep an eye on those specs to avoid any issues!

So, would the max voltage mean I should just sum up the voltages from both MPPTs?

Definitely! Using different types of panels can actually be beneficial, especially if you have them oriented differently. Like a south-facing setup combined with a west-facing one could optimize your energy collection throughout the day.
