Can I let my young blueberry plants soak up some rainwater?

I recently got some potted blueberry plants—one's a year old, and the other is two. I wasn't aware that I shouldn't use tap water for them. Is it okay to leave them out in the rain for a couple of hours to collect some natural rainwater? Also, would clear river water be suitable for watering them until I can gather rainwater?

You can totally use tap water for your plants! That's what I do, and they've always thrived. Just make sure to avoid softened water if you have a water softener. And yes, putting your blueberries outside in the rain is perfectly fine!

Thanks! Have you specifically used tap water on blueberries before?
