Hey everyone! I'm really excited about starting wood projects, especially epoxy river tables, but I'm totally new to woodworking. I feel a bit lost about where to begin—I don't have much experience with tools, equipment, or even the materials I would need. Is there a good step-by-step tutorial for beginners that can guide me through making an epoxy river table? Any extra advice you all have would also be super helpful!

You should definitely check out Blacktail Studio on YouTube! They have a ton of epoxy projects and even a detailed course you can buy. I haven't tried it myself but I've heard good things. Another channel, Jonny Builds, has some creative stuff too, not strictly epoxy but still interesting. There are so many videos out there; just search for some beginner woodworking tutorials. Don't stress about fancy, expensive tools at first; start small. Maybe make some live edge coasters as your first project to get familiar with the materials!

Thanks a lot! I'll definitely watch those channels since the ones I found weren't very detailed. Starting with coasters sounds like a great plan!
