I'm wrapping up a remodel on my townhome in Scottsdale, Arizona, and I'm stuck at the door selection stage. I replaced my outdated bifold doors but am having a tough time finding something modern and stylish for my 144" x 80" closet. Has anyone out there figured out how to piece together hardware sets, like using two 72" tracks with sliding doors? Check out Johnson hardware; they have some attractive track options that fit your length. You’ll need to decide on how you want the doors to operate: two doors on a front track and two on a back track would allow you to open up half the space at a time, which can be super functional. If you want all doors to slide to one side, make sure to get two double tracks that are both 144". Remember that sliding doors usually overlap by about 1", which is important for measurements!

I faced a similar situation with my closet size. I ended up going with an Ikea PAX system and converted my closet into a built-in design with drawers, doors, and trim. It looks great!
