I'm considering buying a house with a crack in the foundation located in the laundry room near the electrical panel. This crack has been there since before 2018, and during heavy rains, a small amount of water trickles in, pooling and draining through a nearby floor drain. The previous owner attempted to fix the crack from the inside, but it hasn't completely solved the problem. I'm having it sealed with epoxy next week. Is this something I should be very concerned about?
