I've got a cool office space in my high-rise apartment, but the massive windows let in way too much sunlight during the day, causing glare on my monitors. While I've tried shades, they just don't cut it. I'm thinking about installing one-way privacy windows to help with that glare, but I'm worried they might make it hard to see outside at night. I don't really care about the privacy aspect; I just want to reduce glare without losing my view. Does anyone have insights or suggestions for this?

Instead of worrying about one-way privacy films, you might want to look into getting window tinting film instead. There are options specifically designed to reduce glare without sacrificing your view too much.
One-way privacy films do reduce visibility from bright to dark, so yes, your view outside at night will be affected a bit. However, they should help with the glare during the day, as they reflect sunlight. It's a bit of a trade-off, but if glancing out at night isn’t a deal-breaker, it might be a solution for you!

I've used them and didn't find it too hard to see outside at night. Just a bit less clear, nothing too drastic.
