Can I install a shower door if my height measurement is slightly below the minimum?

I'm looking to upgrade from shower curtains to a shower door in my bathroom. I've measured my shower, and it's exactly 42.5 inches from top to bottom, which means it's pretty square. However, when I checked out shower doors at Lowe's, I noticed that the minimum height requirement is 43 inches. Will I be able to make this work with my measurements? Here's a link to one of the doors I'm considering: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Sterling-Deluxe-43-in-to-48-in-W-x-70-in-H-Double-Framed-Sliding-Silver-Alcove-Shower-Door-Rain-Glass/5014194555#no_universal_links. Any advice is appreciated!

Unfortunately, a shower door that requires a minimum height of 43 inches won't fit if your opening is only 42.5 inches tall. It's usually best to stick to the specified measurements since even the smallest variance can affect the installation and functionality. You might want to look for adjustable shower doors instead, as some models can accommodate slight height differences better.

You might need to consider different options. I found a different door that fits better in the space I had! It's an option for taller openings when I ran into the same problem.
