I'm looking for ways to reinforce the fingertips of my leather work gloves before they wear through since I'm going through them way too quickly. Any tips or techniques that you all recommend?

If you’re open to a more permanent fix, I had similar issues with my work boots. I started putting an epoxy layer in the toes, which lasted for years. Not exactly practical for gloves, but I’ve switched to goat skin gloves for daily use; they last about a year for farm and construction work, although they're not ideal for tasks requiring delicate movements.
Sewing new leather pieces into the fingers could also be a great solution! It’ll provide additional strength right where you're seeing wear.
Have you considered investing in better quality gloves? Sometimes the cheaper ones just don't hold up, and you might end up spending more in the long run. If your work is particularly tough on the fingers, you might try a few dips in something like plastidip to create a rubbery layer for extra protection.
A quick tip: try brushing on Newskin to the areas needing reinforcement. It acts like a bandage and can extend the life of your gloves a bit.
You could try cutting some thin leather to shape and gluing it in place with contact cement. This would give your gloves a bit more toughness where you need it most.
