I've been using this small family-run landscaping company and love their work, but I've got a bit of an issue. They often leave behind droppings in my woods while they're working. I know they don't speak English, but I'm sure I could get my point across. It seems kind of gross to find poop and used toilet paper when I go to clean up. I'm considering how best to approach the situation, whether to talk to them directly or take it up with the company. What do you think is the best course of action? Should I ask them to just pee or ask them to bury it? Am I overreacting?

I agree with others—consider asking them to please bury their waste. You could even use a translator app to make sure they understand your request clearly. While it may feel awkward, addressing it directly could help prevent future issues, plus it’s more sanitary for everyone.
As a landscaper myself, I've seen this happen all too often. The best move is to talk to a manager or crew leader about the issue. It's not right for your landscapers to relieve themselves on your property, and the company should have better arrangements to ensure their workers have access to a restroom. It's something worth addressing directly and respectfully with the management.
Why not just offer them access to your bathroom? It might be the simplest solution. Many homeowners don’t think about it, but if you let them know where it is, they might prefer that over finding a secluded spot in your woods. It fosters a good relationship and solves the problem much easier!
