I'm looking for recommendations on a durable fire pit that I can safely use on my wooden deck. My goal is to avoid my husband digging another hole in the yard and instead make the most of our large deck space. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

A propane fire table is perfect for decks. It's easy to turn on and off, and there's way less mess compared to traditional wood fire pits. Plus, it reduces the risk of burning your deck down!
I got a propane fire pit that looks like a big round table—really neat! You just remove the top center when you want to light it up. I found it on Overstock during the pandemic; they had a ton of options. I love it since there's no mess like with wood-burning pits!
I'd be cautious about having a fire pit directly on the deck. Maybe consider a smaller option or a fire pit with a tall chimney to keep things safer. Just make sure to keep it a good distance from the house, definitely farther than the edge of the deck!
