I'm really struggling with the idea of being at work all day while my garden is hopefully thriving without me. I work 12-hour shifts and leave super early, which means I don't get to see my plants in the morning before I head out. By the time I'm back in the evening, I'm just hoping everything is still alive! How do you all manage that feeling?

I constantly bring up my garden at work because I miss it so much! It’s like the only thing on my mind during the day, lol.
I feel you! I ask my husband, who works from home, to give me updates on my tomatoes. It’s kind of unfair since he doesn’t care about them as much as I do, but at least he gets to check on them more often.
I totally get that! It's hard not being hands-on, especially when you're invested.
It's tough! I work from home and made sure to extend the WiFi to my polytunnel. That way, I can join project meetings while potting plants or watering them. It definitely helps me stay connected to my garden during work hours!

Right? I think about mine all the time, too. It makes the workday feel so much longer!
