I'm currently designing a space where the sink and dishwasher will be on a 2x6 wall shared with a bedroom. I didn't originally plan for sound isolation, but I realize it's crucial now. I know getting a quiet dishwasher is important (I've seen some that are around 39 dB), but I also want to make the walls as soundproof as possible. The wall transitions to an exterior wall after the bedroom ends, and I'm considering using staggered 2x4 framing along with some sound isolation material inside the wall. Any recommendations or insights on how to effectively reduce noise transmission?

It's true that a running dishwasher may be annoying on the other side of a wall, but do you typically run it while you sleep? If not, it might not be as big of an issue as you think!
Make sure to seal your sill plate and any openings for plumbing or electrical lines to prevent sound leaks. Using rubber feet and washers under the dishwasher can help absorb vibrations, too. If you're really worried, you might even want to add a half sheet of soundboard behind the dishwasher. Oh, and keep in mind that sinks made of stainless steel can be noisier compared to porcelain.
Consider using Rockwool Safe 'n' Sound insulation in all your interior walls, including the one you're concerned about. It's great for soundproofing. Honestly, with a decent insulation setup, you might not even notice the noise from the dishwasher. If it does get noisy, it's usually just from clanging pots and pans, but that shouldn't be a big issue during sleeping hours!
