Dealing with Leaks in Plastic Corrugated Roofing: Any Quick Fixes?

Asked By SunnySkyz99 On

Hey everyone! I recently installed a Suntuf corrugated roof over my deck using plastic supports and metal screws with neoprene washers. Despite my efforts, I'm still experiencing some leaks, which is pretty annoying. I'm wondering if there's an easy fix I can try, or if I really need to remove all the screws, fill them with silicone, and retighten everything. Any tips would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

Using silicone is definitely a solid option. If you don't want to keep going back to the leaks, it's wise to apply a dab of silicone on all the screws before you tighten them. It'll help seal everything up and prevent future leaks. Good luck!

Got it! So, just a little dab before I tighten? Sounds simple enough!
