Hey everyone! I'm in a bit of a crisis with my plants. Initially, I thought I was just dealing with mealy bugs on a few of them, so I inspected all my plants thoroughly and tried to clean them up. However, now I'm facing bigger issues in another room. I've found scale insects on several plants, spider mites on a new Alocasia, and I'm also seeing what looks like fungus gnats buzzing around due to the soil. I bought some insecticidal soap that's probably meant for veggies, but it's running out fast. Is there something effective I can use that's safe for my collection of over 100 plants? Also, are there specific plants that might be more sensitive to whatever treatment you recommend? I'm open to any advice you have!

I'd recommend isolating any plants that have spider mites first to prevent spreading. It might also be a good idea to treat all the other plants with Bonide Systemic Granules. It’s great for houseplants and can handle a range of pests like aphids, scale, and mealy bugs. Just make sure to check if it’s safe for all your specific plants since that’s really important. You can also remove visible pests manually while you're at it!

You might want to try using neem oil in a spray bottle. It's organic and should help with a variety of pests, including those spider mites and mealy bugs you're dealing with. Plus, it's usually safe for most houseplants. Just remember to dilute it properly!
I use the same Bonide Granules! They work wonders, even for my outdoor succulents. Just be sure to research whether they’re safe for all your plants before using them, though.
