How Do You Safely Transition Your Plants Outside for Spring/Summer?

I'm trying to figure out the best way to adjust my plants after moving them outside for the spring and summer. Last year, I only put one plant outside, but this year I wanted to bring out more. Initially, I was planning to gradually introduce them by leaving them out for a few hours the first day and slowly increasing their time outside over the next week. However, I got a bit careless and left them out for three days without bringing them back in. Now I'm worried that might have harmed them, but I'm also hesitant to bring them back in for fear they might have bugs. How do others transition their plants outside? Do some people just leave them out all at once, and do they manage to thrive without any issues?

I used to be cautious and move them around gradually, but now I just go for the "sink or swim" approach. As long as there's no frost expected, I put them out and let them adapt!

?? I love that. I think I'm gonna cross my fingers and leave them out too!

I usually just take my plants right outside. I have a solarium that's like an unheated sunroom, so they get adjusted to the light and temperature there first. So far, my hardy plants like trees and succulents have done well. Just make sure they're suited to the sun, and you'll be fine!

That's reassuring to hear it works for others, thanks ?
