Hey plant enthusiasts! I live in a ground-floor apartment with a lovely garden, but the place is pretty dark because of large trees and bushes outside. Since it's a rental, I can't really change much about the lighting situation. My plants tend to struggle and eventually die from the lack of sunlight. I'm thinking of putting a larger plant in my living room and using three growing bulbs as the main light source. I've only seen people using them during winter as a backup. Has anyone tried using them permanently for their plants? Will my plants be happy under those lights? We plan to keep them on for 12 hours a day, focusing on the JESLED 30W LED full-spectrum bulbs, which seem affordable and effective. We're avoiding industrial-looking lamps and prefer regular pendant lamp bulbs for aesthetic reasons. Any insights or experiences would be greatly appreciated!

You can definitely grow plants using just grow lights! Plenty of folks use them year-round, especially if their plants aren't getting enough natural light. Just be mindful that the amount of natural light a plant gets varies greatly depending on its placement. If it’s not near a window, lights can make a big difference. You're on the right track with your plan to use those grow bulbs!
