I recently bought a condo that's equipped with both a central HVAC system and electric baseboard heaters. Honestly, the HVAC works well for me, and I rarely need to turn on heat during winter since it usually stays above 21°C. I'm planning to redo my floors soon and thought about removing the baseboard heaters to have a seamless baseboard along that area. Plus, they get in the way of my furniture placement. I'm curious, does anyone have reasons why I shouldn't go ahead and remove the baseboard heaters?

Given your situation, I can't think of a solid argument for keeping the baseboard heaters. They might be useful in colder climates or in case your HVAC goes out, but from what you describe, it doesn't seem necessary for you.
Are you sure your HVAC system also heats? Some condos have only cooling systems, and if yours is one of those, you might want to reconsider.
Yes, it’s standard for my condo. In winter, only the heat works, and in summer, it's just AC that's active.
