What medicinal plants can I find growing naturally in my garden?

I've got a few medicinal plants like cleavers, dandelions, and nettles popping up in my garden. I'm curious about what other types might be growing naturally that I could potentially use in my kitchen or for health benefits. Any suggestions?

Evening primrose and valerian are also good ones! They both have some nice health benefits, so if you spot them, grab them!

Don’t forget self-heal, rosehips, and raspberry leaves! I have tons of books on this stuff; I’ll pull some out for reference.

Those sound interesting! I’d love to know more about how to use them.

Looking around my own garden, I've spotted rosehips (rich in Vitamin C), willow bark (good for inflammation), and even some varieties of alliums that are edible. Nature’s pharmacy is everywhere if you look closely!

I once discovered St. John's Wort just growing in my relative's garden. It’s great for mood support! Definitely worth keeping an eye out for it.

Lemon balm is another fantastic option. It's easy to grow and great for calming teas!
