Best Options for Buying Dewalt Battery & Charger

Hey everyone! My mom just gifted me my first Dewalt product, a hand vacuum, which I hear is excellent for quick clean-ups in both the garage and house. However, I don't have a battery or charger yet, and I'm feeling a bit overwhelmed by all the options out there. I've done some research on batteries, and I think I want to go for a 4Ah battery because it seems lighter and lasts longer, especially since I struggle with back and neck pain when using our full-size vacuum. I also noticed that my mom is interested in getting a blower – will that require a different battery size? I'd really appreciate any advice on how to purchase just the battery and charger without getting too confused. Thanks a lot!

When it comes to the blower, the 20V battery works for basic tasks like blowing off work surfaces or light yard work. Just keep in mind the CFM ratings: if you want some serious blowing power, go for the 60V option, but it'll need a compatible battery. The runtime depends on the capacity of the battery you choose, so it's really about how long you'll be using it!

Hey! You can find some decent starter kits online. For example, check out the options at Fasteners Inc or Home Depot for your 4Ah battery and charger combinations; they often have good deals. You'll want to make sure to get at least a 4Ah battery to keep things lightweight and efficient!

The Home Depot deal is definitely a solid choice! ?

You might find some good deals on secondhand marketplaces for chargers if you're looking to save. A lot of folks sell them at low prices, especially if they upgraded their tools. But if you want something new, the starter kits at Home Depot are awesome because you can sell the extra 6Ah battery for a nice little return!

I really recommend the 20V and 60V batteries. If you can, get a fast charger – it'll save you a lot of time waiting for the battery to recharge! Also, looking for a combo deal might be your best bet to save some cash!
