I stuffed an old sock down my shower drain and covered it with concrete as part of my renovation demo. I thought I remembered reading that this was an okay thing to do, but now I'm starting to second-guess that choice. Should I be worried about this?

Haha, just wait until a few years down the line when that sock starts causing some serious problems! It'll be a nightmare for the person who has to snake the drain out later. Just imagine their reaction when they pull out a crusty sock!
Is that sock sitting in the p-trap? Could it actually get sucked through the drain somehow?
