I'm looking for fully unfinished beechwood hangers that don't use any metal components at all—no hooks or anything. I previously contacted a woodworker on Etsy, but they said they couldn't fulfill my request. If anyone has suggestions on how I could find these or where to get them, I'd really appreciate it! Just to clarify, the hook cannot be plastic either—it has to be completely wooden.

You might want to consider steam-bent wood for the hook, but even that has its limits. If it's not laminated or bent just right, it won't hold much more than a light shirt. Plus, it could end up being pretty pricey.
