Do You Leave Your Garden Cushions Out Overnight?

I'm curious about what everyone does with their garden cushions when it's time to wrap up for the night. Do you actually leave them out, or do you take them back to the shed every time? It's a bit of a hassle for us to drag them back, but I'm wondering if it's worth it. Are they likely to get damaged if left out in the rain, or is it more about them blowing away?

If you want to make life easier, I suggest getting a storage bench. I always keep mine under a parasol, and when it rains, I just toss the cushions on the seats and slide everything under the table. It keeps them protected and out of the shed, which is a hassle!

Honestly, I think the biggest risk is bird poop, haha! It can be a real pain to clean off, so keeping them covered or bringing them in might be a better idea if you're not using them.

We usually leave ours out if there's a stretch of nice weather. But if rain's on the way, we bring them in. It's annoying when they get soaked—it takes forever to dry them! We try to cover them, but sometimes we forget. Just standing them on their edges helps them dry off faster. A little water repellant spray does wonders too if you want to keep them protected long-term.

Yeah, standing them up to drain works pretty well! And good call on the repellent spray—definitely keeps them in better shape!

I've got a little trick for you! Soaking the cushion covers with Fabsil gold makes them totally waterproof. It’s like magic! Just make sure to follow the instructions properly, and your cushions should be safe from the rain!
