How Can I Get Paramount+ Working on My Samsung TV?

Last year, I subscribed to Paramount+ through my Amazon Prime account while using Dish. Unfortunately, due to health issues, I had to cancel my subscription, which I paid for in full. Now I'm trying to reconnect to Paramount+, but I keep getting a message saying I have a business account linked to my Amazon account, which isn't true—I just have a regular account. I've tried to get help from Amazon Prime multiple times, but nothing has changed. I've even created a separate account directly with Paramount+, yet I'm struggling to install it on both of my Samsung TVs. Is there any other way I can access Paramount+ on my TVs? Dish has some Paramount+ offerings, but they don't allow much choice for movies or shows. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

If you're still having trouble, it might be worth reaching out to Paramount+ customer support directly. They may have specific solutions for issues like yours. Also, make sure your TVs have the latest firmware updates; sometimes that can affect app compatibility.

Totally agree! I had an issue once, and they were really helpful. It's always best to go straight to the source.

It sounds like a frustrating situation! Have you tried using a streaming device like a Fire Stick or Roku? They often work well for accessing apps like Paramount+. You can also check if the Paramount+ app is available in the Samsung Smart Hub. Sometimes doing a factory reset on your TV can help clear up any app issues too. Good luck!

I've heard that the Fire Stick is great for this kind of thing. It usually has a smooth setup process for streaming apps.
