You can actually find replacement cells online without breaking the bank. There are also tons of helpful YouTube tutorials that guide you on how to change them and run tests on your batteries. It's not a bad DIY project if you're comfortable with it!
When dealing with those batteries, just so you know, the units you’re talking about are often referred to as "cells" instead of just batteries. It's a small detail, but it helps when you're doing research or asking for help. If they won't charge, try jumping them. I saved a few that way, so it could work!
