I'm dealing with an ongoing issue at my rental house. The previous owner planted tulips along the back, and despite my efforts to remove them, they keep coming back every spring. I've tried pulling them up and even using weed killer, but they've returned again. Since I have cats that I supervise outdoors, I'm really worried because tulips are toxic to them.
