How Can I Make My New House Look More Appealing?

I've recently moved to the South and ended up buying a new 2200 sq ft house that looks pretty plain and boxy. It's spread over three floors, but it just doesn't have that curb appeal. I've noticed a nearby house, slightly larger at 2400 sq ft, looks way more impressive from the outside. What are some ideas to improve the facade and make my house look less bland?

2200 sq ft is a decent size! One way to enhance your house’s appearance is by considering additions like a covered deck or even roof extensions. You could also add some decorative shutters or potted plants to add character. Of course, seeing photos would help in giving more tailored advice!

Honestly, you could start small by upgrading your front door or adding some architectural details like molding. Even a fresh paint job in a trendy color can make a big difference! Plus, don't underestimate landscaping – a well-kept garden can really boost your home's visual appeal.
