I need to replace two windows in the master bedroom of a long-term rental property. We'll be holding onto this property for over 50 years. Considering this long duration, would it be wiser to invest in Pella 150, Pella 250, or Anderson 100 windows? I'm also open to other suggestions if you have any. I know I'll likely need to replace the windows before hitting the 50-year mark, but I'm looking for the best value that provides longevity. I've received a quote from a contractor for $800 on installation for these two windows. The Pella 150 windows were priced at $1,200 for two. I expect quotes soon for the Pella 250 and Anderson 100; probably around $1,500 for both Pella 250s and maybe $1,800 for the Anderson 100s based on what I gathered over the phone. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

For a rental, I’d recommend the Pella 150s since they're readily available and fairly priced at Lowe's. If you want a slight upgrade, go for the Pella 250s; they compare to the American Craftsman at Home Depot. The Anderson 100s have a sleek look and include an automatic lock feature, but if I were choosing for a rental, I'd stick with the American Craftsman over the Pella 150. The extra cost for the 250 or Anderson 100 isn't really justified in a rental situation.
