I'm looking to buy a self-propelled 60V lawnmower but I don't need any more batteries since I already have three 12Ah batteries. Is there a way to purchase just the tool without getting stuck with extra batteries?

It seems like DeWalt is mainly shipping their electric mowers as part of kits now, so you might struggle finding new ones without batteries. Keep an eye on local listings though; you might get lucky!
You might want to check out Craigslist. I often see standalone tools being sold there without batteries. It could save you some cash!
If you can't find it locally, try contacting DeWalt dealers. Some places will let you special order just the tool without the batteries. I managed to do that with a snowblower once!
