Since I don't own any 60V tools or batteries, this would be my first experience with that system. It seems like the 722 is at the end of its product line, while the 772 is a newer model that might be a smarter investment, even if I don't need its extra power. If this is your first foray into 60V tools and you don’t specifically need that extra power for something like a string trimmer or chainsaw, you might be overpaying. Also, you can find the blower for $129 on Amazon if you have some 20V batteries already. Neither option is a huge investment; remember, they're just tools and the older 20V one still works great!
I get that! Plus, I have a 5Ah battery that's pretty old too. I don’t want to buy more 20V batteries only to find out my current one is worn out. That's why I was comparing to the $179 kit.
