I just bought a Duncan 10' x 12' Hardtop Gazebo and I'm planning to set it up on my new brick patio. I'm wondering about the best method to secure it, particularly how to prevent it from being lifted by strong winds as well. Should I be concerned about the wind pulling up the bricks?

The best bet for securing your gazebo is to anchor it to concrete. If there's no concrete slab under your bricks, you'll need to pour a concrete footing that goes about 2 to 3 feet deep. Then use concrete anchors to secure the gazebo legs into the concrete footing.
I recommend getting a rotary hammer from a place like Harbor Freight along with some 1/2 inch concrete anchors. Make sure you fasten it to a concrete base instead of the bricks. That should keep it secure!
