Hey everyone! I run a small moving company in Georgia, and we've been in the business for over a decade. I'm looking for your honest input on what matters to you the most when you're moving. Is it the price, the movers' care with your belongings, or how punctual they are? I'd love to hear your thoughts so we can improve our services. Thanks in advance!

Reliability is my top concern. I don't mind paying a bit more, but you better show up on the dot. If I have to deal with last-minute changes, it can turn my whole plan upside down!
Honestly, just being responsive and showing up on time can set you apart from other companies. I've had so many bad experiences where businesses just won’t answer the phone. Good service leads to repeat customers, so being professional is key!
Time is essential when moving. It's like money; the longer you take, the more it costs in lost value. I need movers who can work quickly and be available when I need them, especially if I can’t extend my lease!
I prefer to pay for a month at both places if that means I can move at my own pace. It really helps alleviate the pressure!
For me, it's definitely a mix of price, weekend availability, and how careful the movers are with my stuff. But I can't stress enough how important it is to be available on weekends!
Totally agree with this!
For me, price is the biggest factor—I'm always on the lookout for what offers the best deal!

Absolutely, being fast but also reliable is crucial. I don't want to deal with extra stress!
