How to Address the Gap Under My Brick Fence?

I just moved into a new place and noticed that there's a 3-4 inch gap under the existing brick fence. I'm looking for suggestions on how to fill it in or at least make the area look better. Here's a picture for reference: [link](https://i.imgur.com/I4Wv8YS.jpeg). Any creative ideas?

You might want to consider doing some kind of landscaping here. It could add a nice touch and also help to conceal the gap neatly!

Totally agree! A few plants or decorative stones could really enhance the look.

My son had the same problem, and he used some rectangular limestone landscape stones to fill the gap. They look pretty much like long bricks and really cleaned up the appearance!

I heard leaving that gap can actually be good for drainage, so maybe it’s worth thinking about that before you fill it in completely. Some folks say it helps prevent flooding.

Exactly! Plus, I've seen people put planter boxes there, just make sure to leave some space behind for drainage.
